I just had a talked with my elder sister about the balikbayan box that I have sent her last December. She said that instead of chocolates and cookies would it be possible that I will just send her next time glucosamine hcl. She will be using it for her rheumatoid arthritis. She said that the supplement is very expensive in the Philippines.
