Just recently I have been fond of watching a reality show in the television. It is a reality show where the participants are required to stay in one house for almost four months. The house has all the facilities of which the housemates can use. They even have equipments for their mini gym like dip machine, treadmill, kettlebells, stationary bike, and dumbbells. They also have a swimming pool.

The last time I had my vacation in the Philippines, my family and I went for a white water rafting in Cagayan de Oro City. When were already in the rafting area I was having second thoughts in joining the ride because the river was so wild. But when I saw that there safety vests and helmets provided for us I decided to try it. And I did enjoy my first water rafting. It was a wonderful experience.

When I first arrived in Cagayan de Oro City in 1986, the city is not that developed and busy. There’s no traffic in the streets and of course no air pollution. You can walk around even late at night with no worry that somebody will steal your bags. Since the city is not that developed yet, there are no food chain around the area, no big malls and not even store selling auto accessories.

I saw a television advertisement last night about wrinkle cream. I really don’t know if that cream was effective or not but the model on the ads was a very beautiful lady who said she’s on her 50s. She doesn’t look on her 50s though; she looked like she’s still on her early 40s. Well, we can never tell if the product is indeed effective unless we try it for ourselves.

Just most of the ladies I also want to lose some weight. But I realized that weight loss is not always easy. It involves a lot of discipline. I have been doing exercises for many years but I still cannot loss weight. I do maintain my weight though. Now, I have decided to take weight loss pills to help me in achieving the weight I desire.
plasma tvs
Yesterday it was my husband’s 46th birthday. We didn’t prepare many foods but instead buy some foods at Chinese buffet. I also bought a simple cake and other sweets for my children. While I was in our local store, I went to the electronics department and I saw those plasma tvs on the wall. Well, I am thinking this is the perfect gift for hubby’s next birthday. I could start saving money now.
