In the Philippines most of the employees in the construction are not wearing safety products. I think the company or the contractor of the construction should implement the safety of the workers because accident can happen anytime and in seconds. Just like yesterday while I was on my way home, I saw people on the road without wearing reflector vest. If you are not careful enough, you can run over them.
