When I went home in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines early this year, I noticed that many of the constructions there were already steel buildings. If I am not mistaken the first building that was constructed there out of steel was the BigR located at the Limketkai Center. After that SM Shoemart followed. And now there’s a very big huge hotel being made with steel materials.
