I had a very healthy breakfast this morning. I woke up at around 7 and I took a shower. Then I prepared my oatmeal with ¼ cup raisins and ¼ cup almonds. All of these three are high fiber foods. Fiber foods are really good in our diet because it won’t stay in our system. By eating higher foods, it really helps to burn more calories. That means if you are trying to lose weight, by eating high fiber really helps.
