In short bystander. We usually see them in the streets mostly teenagers (out of school youths) and nonworking housebands I mean husbands. Teenagers usually play basketball and sing in the streets. Others have drinking spree, play billiards, mini cockfights in the streets, and some play cards. It is the usual setting that you will see in the streets.
