Paradox of Faith

A paradox of faith is that it is certain, and yet, obscure or very hard to understand. This obscurity provides that space for our full belief and trust in God. Faith demands that we believe with our minds, trust with our hearts, and witness with our lives. More importantly, it is faith that brings hope amidst our fear of the unknown. Only a believing hope in faith can help us stand strong despite the obscure, the unknown, the uncertainties, even the failure and losses in taking risk.

A short but significant post. Indeed, faith is what keeps me sane. Thinking about the uncertainty of the future is a frightening thought and without faith, most people would not look forward to it.
