Fear

When September 11 happened, the fear in everyone was palpable. The world was shaken, and would shake even more when the retaliation against Afghanistan began. But did the fear only just begin then? Even before this, there already were earthquakes, floods, massive famines, plagues; massacres and other violent crimes like rape… all tragedies, all to be feared. What was written is coming to pass. But instead of living in fear, let us live in vigilance. And pray. Pray unceasingly. We are in His hands.
