Are you stress or overwork? There is another way of relaxation aside from having a day-off or vacation. My sister told me that she spends almost 2 hours in a massage parlor (twice a month). She said that is very relaxing. Massage improves proper circulation thus promote healing in our body, releases tension in the most strenuous areas of our body like shoulders, back and neck. There are many techniques of massage but with one goal which is to promote healing and rejuvenation. And by the massage is the oldest form of medicine.
